Setting up your personal calendar:

With the Google calendar, you can "subscribe" to other teacher, club and school calendars to keep up-to-date with all of your school-related activities. When a teacher updates their class calendar, these items will appear in your calendar as well. So you could have events from each class, club, sport or any activity that has a calendar.

For example: To add the Senior calendar,

• select "Add" from Other calendars
• add by URL

• copy and paste this address into the "Add by URL" field

Ms. Miller's Calendar:

Click the add button and you should now see the Guidance Dept. info in your "Other calendar" section. You can turn it on and off by clicking on it.

A number of teachers at South are using Google Calendars - you can add these to your calendar as well. So when they update their class calendar, your calendar will be updated at the same time (or within a few minutes).
